When it comes to giving, I feel like it's a "must do" kind of thing.
The scriptures say that "From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded" and from my perspective, I've been given much.
Certainly, enough to give back.
Every chance I get, I help out an organization I support called, "Hope Worldwide". Look 'em up and see what they do! Maybe we'll run into each other working on one of their many projects.
Distributing resource information in neighborhoods that still needed help after Sandy.
I also help the American Cancer Society raise money by participating in their annual walk in Central Park.
ACS has an annual Cancer Walk in Central Park called Making Strides to raise funds for research.
